COVID POOL RULES
(The Pool Rules form part of the agreement between Letts Swim and the Hirer.)
In addition to the Normal Pool Rules, we have a set of Covid pool rules. These rules are to work alongside the original pool rules. Our aim is to keep you safe and secure.
RULES:
These are the specific rules that must at all times be followed by Users when attending and using the Facilities.
Cleanliness
We advise that until June 21st it would be wise to change into your swimming costume/trunks at home this means less contact time in the changing room.
When pressing in access code, make sure to sanitise with wall mounted provided sanitiser. Please notify Letts Swim if there appears to be no sanitiser in the machine so we can refill immediately.
Wear masks as you enter the building. They can be removed once in your allocated changing room.
Shower before entering the pool
Use the disinfectant wipes provided to clean anything you have touched ( light switches, door handles etc)
Wellbeing
Please do not enter the Facility if you have any of the below symptoms
a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
During
If you become unwell during your session. Please make sure to leave the pool immediately and notify Letts Swim. We will then shut the Facility until it has been thoroughly disinfected.
Leave the building with your belongings
Please make a concerted effort to touch as little as possible
Make sure you notify Letts Swim of which changing rooms you have used.
You are not to enter the pool hall until your allotted 30 minute pool use time slot begins. There will be others in the pool whilst you are in the changing rooms. It is essential that their swim stays private. Any interruptions will be reported, three strikes and Letts Swim reserve the right to cancel your contract.
Swimming in groups
At all times regardless of COVID-19 there will be a maximum of 10 users in the pool. Until such a time when we can return to normal, we will be carefully and closely following government guidelines regarding indoor exercise.
12th April
One household may use the pool.
17th May
Rule of six or two households. We will allow 6 individuals on the basis they agree to socially distance across their allotted two changing rooms. We will also allow two households using one changing room each.
June 21st
All going to plan, by June 21st there will be no need to socially distance and normality will have resumed, as such normal pool rules of up to ten people will apply.
